If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Nusa Living, you can return it to us for a refund. 

♡ Returns must be received by Nusa Living within 14 days of notification, and any return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

♡ All returned goods must be intact.

♡ Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the goods. You will receive an email confirmation once your credit has been processed.

♡ We do not cover return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is the result of our error or damaged goods.

♡ We reserve the right to refuse credit if the returned goods do not meet our return policy requirements. 

Procedure

1. Send an email to nusaliving.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item to inform us of the return.

2. Pack the goods, if possible in the original packaging, and seal them securely.
